REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY


Since our Services are planning and coordinating, we do our best to provide
a refund policy that takes this into account.


In the event, the services of The Wedding Ladies are no longer required
(cancellation) of an event at any time), the client agrees to forfeit deposits
and pay $125.00 per hour for work done up to that point. 


In the event, client cancels services within 90 days of signing contract, client
will forfeit initial deposit and be billed at $75.00 per hour for any work that
may have been done up to that point. 


 If client cancels any time after 90 days, the client will forfeit the initial
deposit and pay 50% of the remaining total.


If client cancels 30 days or less prior to the event 100% of the fee will be
owed to The Wedding Ladies.


If The Wedding Ladies are unable to attend events, or complete the contract
due to illness or tragedy, they will provide a replacement with capabilities
and experience to finish the tasks.

REFUND POLICY


In the event a refund is needed, the planner will refund the client in 30
business days. The refund will be in the form of a Cashier’s Check minus
initial deposit and 50% of balance.


Confidential Information: Definition of “Confidential Information” means
the terms or conditions of this agreement and any other confidential
proprietary information, including information relating to the financial or
personal matters relating to either party, identified by the disclosing party
as its Confidential Information, whether in oral, written, graphic, or
electronic form.


COMMONWEALTH OF GEORGIA: This Agreement may not be active by
either party without prior consent of the other party, except that The
Wedding Ladies may hire subcontractors to work with them in performing
the Services if The Wedding Ladies have a written nondisclosure agreement
with the subcontractor(s) with respect to the Services.
